طريقة الحصول على الضمان :

كيفية تفعيل الضمان :
- يلزم قبل تركيب المنتج للعميل تفعيل الضمان بتعبئة كوبون الضمان بالكامل
- تصوير الجوال بمقطع فيديو يوضح سلامة الجوال من اي كسر او خدش قبل تركيب المنتج وبعد تركيب المنتج
- يتم إرسال الفديوهات وصورة من كوبون الضمان إلى واتس اب الرقم التالي : 0501113964
يعتبر الضمان ملغي :
- في حالة عدم الالتزام بشروط تفعيل الضمان , يعتبر الضمان ملغي ولا يحق للعميل المطالبة في أي تعويض
- في حالة عدم تسجيل الرقم التسلسلي للهاتف أو تاريخ التركيب أو نوع الجهاز أو أسم المتجر تلغي وثيقة الضمان ولا يحق للعميل المطالبة في أي تعويض
الشروط والأحكام :
- يعد هذا الضمان صالح للأجهزة السليمة التي لم يسبق أن استبدل لها قطع تجارية من قبل
- تتحمل شركة نون التجاريه بصفتها ( الوكيل الرسمي لمنتجات بايسل ) عند كسر الشاشة الامامية ( دون سوء استخدام ) مبلغ : 1000 ريال فقط كحد اقصى
- يتحمل الضمان في حال كسر الخلفية مبلغ : 500 ريال كحد اقصى
- الضمان يشمل كسر الشاشة الأمامية فقط بدون حدود الأطراف المضيئة
- الضمان لا يشمل الشاشة الداخلية ولا يشمل الكاميرا الخلفية
- الضمان لا يشمل التلف أو الكسر الناتج عن سوء الاستخدام
- الضمان معتمد وساري لمدة سنة من تاريخ تركيب المنتج عند الالتزام بشروط تفعيل الضمان
- يتم الاستفادة من التعويض المادي في مدة أقصاها 15 يوم من تاريخ إبلاغ نقطة البيع ولا يحق لك المطالبة قبل انقضاء هذه المدة

Warranty void :

Terms and Conditions :
- This warranty is valid for intact devices that have not had commercial parts replaced before
- Noon Trading Company, in its capacity as (the official agent for PIECELL products), will bear the amount of: 1000 riyals as a maximum when the front screen is broken (without misuse)
- The guarantee bears in the event of breaking the background an amount of: 500 riyals as a maximum
- The warranty covers only the front screen breakage without the luminous ends limitation
- The warranty does not include the internal screen or the back camera
- The warranty does not cover damage or breakage caused by misuse
- The warranty is approved and valid for a period of one year from the date of installation of the product when complying with the conditions for activating the warranty
- The material compensation is benefited within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of notification of the point of sale, and you are not entitled to claim before the expiry of this period
